Look4aProperty.com receives over 1 million visitors a month making it an ideal location to showcase your Overseas properties to a wider audience.

Look4aProperty.com is a highly effective targeted online advertising medium. Please note, we do not get involved in commission pplits/share arrangements, rather we simply charge a modest monthly fee in the same way that a newspaper would charge an advertiser.

Our minimum monthly charge is just £75 (GBP) for up to 100 properties advertised at any one time.

Payment

Payment can only be made by Direct Debit if you are based in the UK or by Visa, Master Card or American Express if you are a non-UK based business. No other payment methods are accepted. If you pay by Credit Card a 3% handling fee will be charged in addition to your monthly listing fees.

How To Join

To join simply complete our Overseas Agent Registration Pack and fax back on the number stated. Your account will be opened within 24 hours.

If you are a UK based business, please ensure you complete the Direct Debit Mandate. However, if your business is based outside of the UK, please ensure you complete the Credit Card Payment section and also ensure you also attach a clear photocopy of your credit card (front and reverse). This is a security requirement to prevent fraud. Please note, we cannot open your account without this.

Please also confirm what method you will be using to upload your Overseas Property Listings onto the site, i.e. manually or by software provider.

Cancellation

Since there is no minimum contract term you are free to cancel your membership with us at any time by giving us one month's notice by email.
