Look4AProperty Money would like to introduce to you a new and innovative product for the Broker community.

We are offering your clients the opportunity to take an Interest Free loan to assist in their residential house purchase.

Your clients can take an interest free loan allowing them to free up money they may wish to set aside for the costs associated with their house purchase.

Your clients can use the money they have set aside to fund a bigger mortgage deposit and in turn potentially securing a better interest rate. Any extra money set aside can pay for any remedial works they may wish to carry out on the property or to buy furniture for their new home.

You will earn a £75 fee for each case completion.
