Refining property searches

Once you have performed a property search on Look4aProperty.com you can then choose to either reorder your results page OR you can choose to further refine your search results.

You can choose to reorder your property results by Price, you can choose to show more or fewer properties in your results listing and finally you can choose to alter the currency used by your results listings.

Three currencies are used on Look4aProperty.com for property prices:

  • Sterling (£) *
  • Euros (€)
  • US Dollars ($)

The website uses the latest daily currency conversion rates to base it's property price currency conversions from Pounds into Euros and US Dollars.

If no properties match your search criteria you will be asked if you would like to increase the mileage radius of your search in a bid to include additional properties.

You can choose to refine your search using the property search features in the left hand side of the page. The system will automatically add your search string to the Location form field and then you can choose to refine your search, as you wish, using the functionality in the form.

To run a fresh search click upon "Expand" at the top of the column.

You can refine your filtering even further by taking advantage of the Advanced Options by clicking up + Advanced Options at the bottom of the form. The Advanced Options include:

  • Parking
  • Outdoor Space
  • Specials
  • Tenure

Finally, you can choose to add properties of the type defined in your Property Results to your Property Alerts by selecting "Send me more properties like this" at the bottom of the property results list.
