Saving your favourite properties

The chances are that you will find a number of properties that interest you when searching through our database. Once you have signed up for a Look4aProperty.com Property Seeker account you will be able to save any properties of interest to your Saved Property list for future reference from within your account area.

To use the Saved Property function you will need to register for a Property Seeker account. Once you have registered and logged into your account area you will be able to save properties to your Saved Property list by clicking upon the "Save Property" button displayed on the property details page.

The Saved Property page lists any properties that you have saved to your account area, displaying a thumbnail image of the property in question. Property details can be viewed by clicking upon the property name.

Properties can be removed from your saved property list by checking the "delete" box next to the property details. Hitting "Update" will now remove your chosen properties from your account area.

Property email alerts

Again you will need to register for a Look4aProperty.com Property Seeker account to use this service.

Look4aProperty.com can automatically match your property requirements with properties stored in our database, emailing you a concise list of these matches at the frequency you have specified. No more time-consuming property searches, simply configure your Property Alerts and then let Look4aProperty.com do all of the work for you. As properties arrive on our database matching your criteria you will be sent the details automatically by email.

When setting up your Property Alerts from within your Property Seeker account you specify which of the following property characteristics are of relevance to you:

  • The desired location of the property (postcode with proximity)
  • Minimum and Maximum Value of the property
  • Property Type
  • No. of Bedrooms
  • Advanced Options (inc. New build, Furnished, Parking etc.)

To set up an email alert you simply need to run your specific property search and then "Save" it to your account area by clicking the "Save" button at the top of the property results screen. Run as many, varied (i.e. different property criteria) searches as you wish and save them to your Property Seeker's Account - there are no restrictions on the number of saved Email Alerts you can have within your account. Please note, you need to be logged into your Property Seeker's Account in order to "Save" property alerts.

You can log back into your Look4aProperty.com Property Seeker account at any time to reconfigure your alerts or to unsubscribe from the service as you choose.
