Agent Office & Contact Import Template File

The following CSV file is used to import and update Office Account details against a Group Company account within the Look4aProperty.com system.

The CSV file is also used to import and update agent office contact information in the Look4aProperty.com system.

Once this file has been compiled it needs to be imported by a Look4aProperty.com administrator into our system.

Please note that the following fields marked * are compulsory and must be supplied in the template/example file.

+ nGrouID - OUR unique ID for your company as a whole. To be supplied by Look4aProperty.com.

+ sAgentRef - YOUR unique ID for each agent office. Is used for updating a record that already exists on the system.

+ sContactRef - YOUR unique ID for each agent office contact. Can be used for updating a record that already exists on the system. Can be left blank to update the general contact details for the office itself (not a specific office contact).

+ sAgentName - YOUR Company Name.

+ sBranchName - YOUR Branch Name.

+ sDealingCode - used to specify the type of agency office AND/OR the type of office contact. Options include:

• S (Sales)
• L (Lettings)
• C (Commercial)
• O (Overseas)
• A (Auctions)
• N (New Homes)
• F (Financial Services)

Multiple options can be specified e.g. "S,L,F" for Sales, Lettings and Financial Services.

Each option can only be specified ONCE per office or contact, i.e. an office can only be specified as Sales (S) once.

+ sExternalRef- must be supplied if you use a 3rd party software provider that does NOT use our general FTP data-feed. This currently includes the following 3rd party suppliers:

• Vebra
• Encore
• ReapIT

Please note that Look4aProperty.com can only offer limited support for data that is not sent in our standard FTP format.

sExternalRef is not required for companies such as Dezrez, CFP or Expert Agent who all use the Look4aProperty FTP feed format.
